摘要
研究了回春酒对小鼠的药理作用。结果表明 ,回春酒对氢化可的松“阳虚”小鼠和甲亢“阴虚”小鼠具有明显的保护作用 ,并能显著增强小鼠的免疫功能。
In present paper,the major pharmacological effects of Huichun spirit in mice were investigated The results showed that Huichun spirit protected'Yang-deficiency' mice induced by hydrocorterone from marked decreases in body temperature and spontaneous motor activities and 'Yin-deficiency' mice induced by thyroxin from significant atrophy of thymus and spleed and an obivous increase in threshold for pain It was also reported that Huichun spirit pronouncedly enhanced immune function in mice
