摘要
有效教学研究是当代西方教学研究中起步较早,而且研究成果也颇为丰富多样的一个研究领域。着眼于我国新课程改革与新教学推进的现实需要,本文对当代西方有效教学研究进行了全方位的系统考察,包括有效教学研究的历史发展过程、有效教学的概念与特点、有效教学的分析范式以及研究方法,并在此基础上,提出了西方学者的研究对我们从多角度、多层面理解有效教学的若干启示。
Research into effective teaching began in the early time of last century. So far there are much more research results on effective teaching in the west. With the reform and implementation of our new curriculum and new teaching in China, we do need to borrow and to learn some good experiences from others. The purpose of this paper is to carry out a systematical study about the research of effective teaching in the US and the U. K, including the conceptions, characteristics of effective teaching, as well as its historical development and research methods. In further, it tries to identify some important inspirations tor understanding effective teaching in a all round directions.
