摘要
目的探讨中药滋阴补阳方对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)大鼠糖代谢和内分泌紊乱的影响。方法皮下注射脱氢表雄酮(DHEA)建立PCOS大鼠模型。建模后随机分为模型对照组(Ⅱ)、滋阴方组(Ⅲ)和补阳方组(Ⅳ);另设空白对照组(Ⅰ)。测定空腹血糖(FBG)、胰岛素(Ins)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)、睾酮(T)、催乳素(PRL)、孕酮(P)等指标。结果Ⅲ、Ⅳ组FBG、Ins和LH、PRL、T低于Ⅱ组(P<0.05或P<0.01),血清FSH和E2水平高于Ⅱ组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论中药滋阴补阳方可以减轻PCOS大鼠胰岛素抵抗状况,维持PCOS大鼠机体内分泌平衡。
Objective To study the effects of Yin-nourishing（YN）and Yang-tonifying（YT）on glucose metabolism and endocrine imbalance in rat model with polycystic ovarian syndrome（PCOS）.Methods PCOS models were established by subcutaneous injection of dehydroepiandrosterone in rats,which were devided into three groups ofⅡ（model control）,Ⅲ（treated with YN）andⅣ（treated with YT）.Blood levels of fasting plasma glucose（FBG）and insulin（Ins）were examined and serum hormones of follicle-stimulating hormone（FSH）,luteinizing hormone（LH）,estradiol（E2）,testosterone（T）,prolactin（PRL）and progesterone（P）were detected.The results were compared to those in the rats in groupⅠ（blank controls）.Results Serum levels of FBG,Ins and LH,PRL,T were lower in group Ⅲ,Ⅳthan those in groupⅠ（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）.Serum levels of FSH and E2 were higher,in groups of B and C than those in group Ⅱ（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）.Conclusion Chinese medicine YN and YT can attenuate the insulin resistence,improve the glucose and endocrine imbalance in PCOS rats.
