摘要
目的 研究正常人膝关节软骨的MR成像和软骨三维重建方法 ,为临床诊治关节软骨病变提供科学依据。材料与方法 使用Philips 1.0T磁共振成像仪对 2 0例志愿者行软骨序列扫描 ,然后进行三维软骨重建。 结果 软骨序列及软骨重建技术可以清晰显示软骨的结构 ,关节软骨在SE序列上显示为 3层结构 ,在SPIR/ 3D/FFE/T1WI上最多显示为 4层结构 ,重建后的软骨像具有立体直观的效果 ,并具有良好的空间分辨率。结论 软骨MR成像和软骨重建能清晰显示膝关节的软骨结构 ,可为临床对骨关节病变的诊断和治疗提供帮助。
Objective To study the MR imaging and 3 D reconstruction of articular cartilage of normal human knee, and to provide clinicians with anatomical basis in diagnosing and treating the articular cartilage diseases.Materials and Methods MR scanning of knee joints was performed in 20 normal volunteers with a 1.0T superconductive MR unit (Philips NT), using cartilage series scan. 3 D reconstruction of the articular cartilage was made.Results The structure of articular cartilage was clearly displayed on MR images using cartilage series scan and reconstruct technology. On SE sequence images, normal articular cartilage showed three laminae, while a maximum of four laminae could be demonstrated on SPIR/FFE/T 1WI images. On the reconstructed images, the cartilage showed stereoscopic effects and pretty good spatial resolution.Conclusion MR imaging and 3 D reconstruction of articular cartilage can well display the structure of cartilage. It is very helpful in diagnosing and treating the articular diseases.
