摘要
目的探讨在膝关节磁共振影像的基础上建立膝关节三维有限元模型的可行性,观察对半月板建模的效果。方法根据MR扫描图像,利用图像处理和转换技术,运用ANSYS有限元程序,建立包括半月板的膝关节三维和多平面有限元模型。结果建成后的模型具有良好的形态,半月板具有较真实的形态位置。结论基于磁共振扫描建立的膝关节三维有限元模型能逼真地反应膝关节的真实几何结构,尤其对半月板能进行真实模拟。
Objective To investigate the feasibility of construction of the three - dimensional finite element model of knee joint based on magnetic resonance images. Methods Based on magnetic resonance images, with the image processing and transferring techniques, a three- dimensional finite element model of knee joint including meniscus was reconstructed with the ANSYS program. Results The constructed three - dimensional finite element model had good morphology. Conclusion A three - dimensional finite element model of knee joint, based on magnetic resonance images, can reflect the real geometric structure of knee joint vividly, especially can simulate the morphology of the meniscus.
