摘要
目的探讨髌骨软骨软化的MRI表现及诊断价值。方法采用快速自旋回波(FSE):T1WI、T2WI和PDWI双向回波、短-TI反转恢复序列(STIR)、二维脂肪抑制扰相梯度回波序列(2D-FS-FLASH),部分患者采用三维脂肪抑制扰相梯度回波序列(3D-FS-FLASH)。结果髌骨软骨软化时,MRI可表现为软骨信号异常、骨软骨变薄、毛糙、不规则,髌软骨缺损、溃疡及软骨下骨质暴露。结论髌软骨软化MRI表现典型、诊断敏感特异度高、无创伤、无辐射,为临床诊断及治疗提供更多信息。
Objective To explore the imaging characteristics of chondromalacia patellae in high-field MR and the value of MR in diagnosis. Methods the application of different MR imaging sequences including T1-weighted ,proton density Cweighted, T2-weighted FSE, STIR, 2D-FS-FLASH, 3D-FS-FLASH . Results The MR findings of CMP were abnormal signals,cartilage thining,surface irregularity,areas of cartilage loss and ulcer,exposure to the subchondral bone.Conclusion The MRI manifestations of CMP are typical, high sensativity and specificity,nontraumatic,and nonionizing radiation, providing theo-retical evidence for the clinical diagnosis and therapy.
