摘要
目的 探讨正常人手部温度分布情况。方法 应用KY 333型远红外摄像仪 ,对 30名正常人在两种冷水试验前后手部皮肤温度分布进行研究。结果 正常人在两种冷水试验前后同手不同手指之间及左右手相应手指之间皮肤温度比较 ,无显著性差异。手背皮温在冷试后即刻及 5min时显著高于各手指 ,而15min后又低于手指皮温。结论 正常人左右手之间及不同手指之间的皮温没有差异 ,可以测量某一手指皮温来代替手部皮温。
Objective To explore the thermographic distribution of hand skin temperature for Health people and infection of cold water test.Methods Distribution of skin temperature before and after two kind of cold water test for health people was studied by KY-333 infrared photography.Result The fingers temperature had no significant difference between left and right hand,and no difference between fingers of same hand.The temperature of hand back was higher than fingers at immediately and 5 minutes after two kind of cold water test,but was lower after 15 minutes.Conclusion we could measure the temperature of a finger to indicate the temperature of hand.
