振动负荷试验对振动作业工人脑干听觉诱发电位影响的研究 被引量:3

A study on the effects of vibration loading test on brain stem auditory evoked potential

摘要 本文研究了振动性白指患者(白指组)、振动作业工人(接振组)振动负荷前后脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)的变化,并同对照组进行了比较。结果表明,振动负荷前后白指组BAEP的Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ波潜伏期及各峰间期和接振组Ⅰ波潜伏期均较对照组明显延长(P<005,P<001);白指组BAEP的Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ波、各峰间期及接振组Ⅰ、Ⅴ波潜伏期在振动负荷后较振动负荷前明显缩短(P<005)。从而提示,振动可致脑干听通路受累,并使中枢神经系统对刺激的反应性下降;BAEP结合振动负荷试验对评价手传振动引起的中枢神经系统损害具有一定意义。 The brain stem auditory evoked potentials(BAEP) were measured in vibration exposted workers before and after vibration loading test(VLT) The results showed that the incubation period of potentials of wave Ⅰ,Ⅲ and Ⅴ in BAEP and all peak periods in workers with vibration induced white finger(VWF)and potentials of wave Ⅰ in workers without VWF were highly elongated than that in control group both before and after VLT( P <0 05, P <0 01)respectively:the duration of potentials of wave Ⅰ,Ⅲ and Ⅴ in BAEP and all peak periods workers with VWF and the potentials of wave Ⅰ and Ⅴ in workers without VWF were shortened significantly after VLT in comparison with that before VLT ( P <0 05) It suggested that,vibration could result in the injury of auditory conduction in brain stem and cause hyporesponse to the stimulus of the central nervous system. It might have certain meanings in evaluating the injury of central nervous system by combining BAEP and VLT
