摘要
目的 评价、分析振动负荷对作业工人植物神经功能的影响。方法 将 38名井下凿岩工人分为白指组和接振组 ,对其进行振动负荷前后及静息与深呼吸状态下的心率变异性分析 ,并同对照组进行比较。结果 无论在振动负荷前后 ,还是静息及深呼吸状态下 ,白指组、接振组 SDANN较对照组明显下降 (P <0 .0 1) ,而 L H/ HF较对照组明显增高 (P <0 .0 1) ,白指组变化更为显著 ;在接振组和对照组 ,静息状态及深呼吸时 ,SDANN在负荷后均较负荷前显著降低 ,L F/ HF显著增高(P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1) ,而在白指组则无明显差异。结论 局部振动作业可导致机体交感神经功能亢进和迷走神经功能下降 ;迷走神经功能受损后对振动非常敏感 ,即使短时间、低强度的振动负荷试验 ,也使其功能进一步受到损害 ;但迷走神经功能严重受损 (如 VWF患者 )时 。
Objective To analyse and evaluate the effects of vibration loading test onautonomic nervous system of workers exposed to vib ration. Methods 38 gold rock drillingworekrs were separate d into vibration induced white finger(VWF) group and rock drilling(RD) group, w hose heart ratevariability(HRV) was measured and analysed in different state be fore and after vibration loading test(VLT).Results In VWF g roup and RD group, SDANN decreased and LF/HF increased significantly comparedwith that in the control group both before and after VLT. In RD group and contro l group, SDANN decreased andLF/HF increased more highly after VLT than befor e VLT, but there was no difference in VWF group.Conclusion Hand arm vibration can result in autonomic nerve dysfunction. VLT can causethe autonomic nerve function of workers exposed to vibration furtherly injured. When VWF emerging, the parasympatheticnerve has little response to VLT.
