摘要
目的:通过癌性恶病质动物模型实验探索益气养阴中药改善恶病质状态的作用机理。方法:建立肠腺癌26(colon26)小鼠癌症恶病质模型,观察益气养阴中药对恶病质小鼠的体重、摄食量、饮水量、生存时间、提高生命延长率、血清甘油三酯、胆固醇及瘦素水平的影响。结果:给药前后小鼠体重有不同程度的变化,各治疗组与模型组比较均有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。中药治疗中剂量组的甘油三酯、胆固醇指标与模型组相比有不同程度降低(P<0.05),而血清瘦素水平明显升高(P<0.01),与健康对照组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。各治疗组瘤重比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。中药治疗中剂量组具有比其他各治疗组更高的生命延长率。结论:益气养阴中药能控制荷瘤小鼠体重,调节癌性恶病质小鼠血清瘦素及血脂水平,改善其营养状况。
Objective：To research the mechanism of Chinese medicine of supplementing Qi and nourishing Yin in improving cancer cachexia state based on cancer cachexia animal model experiment.Method：The colon 26 mice model of cancer cachexia were founded.The effect of Chinese medicine of supplementing Qi and nourishing Yin on the weight,food intake,water drinking quantity,survival time,life extension rate,the level of triglyceride,cholesterol and leptin in serum of cancer cachexia mice were observed.Result：There were changes to various extents to the weight of mice between pre-administration and post-andministration and there was very significant difference in the weight between each treatment group and the model group（P0.01）.Compared with the index of triglyceride and cholesterol of the model group,that of the middle dosage of Chinese medicine group decreased（P0.05） while compared with the serum leptin level of of the model group,that of the middle dosage of Chinese medicine group increased（P0.05）.There was no significant differece in the level of triglyceride,cholesterol and leptin in serum between the middle dosage of Chinese medicine group and healthy control group（P0.05）.There was no significant difference in tumor weight among each treatment group（P0.05）.Compared with the life extension rate of the other treatment groups,that of the middle dosage of Chinese medicine group was higher.Conclusion：Chinese medicine of supplementing Qi and nourishing Yin could control the weight of tumor-bearing mice and regulate the level of serum leptin and blood lipid to improve the nutritional status.
