摘要
癌症恶病质以体重下降、厌食及衰竭三联征为临床特征,其主要原因以蛋白质代谢异常、脂代谢异常、糖代谢异常为主。该文从中西医角度对癌症恶病质的病因病机进行阐述,为中西医综合治疗癌症恶病质提供理论和实验依据。
Weight loss, anorexia and exhaustion are clinical features of cancer cachexia. The main reasons are abnormal protein metabolism,lipid metabolism disorders and sugar metabolic abnormality. In this paper, cancer eachexia pathogenesis from the perspective of traditional Chinese and western medicine are discussed, to provide theoretical and experimental basis of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment.
