摘要
通过对一塑件的结构和工艺分析 ,进行了模具设计 ,着重介绍了外抽芯滑块因紧贴封料而相互刮花现象的解决方法 ,对内抽芯机构进行了两种结构形式的对比选择 ,并对其抽芯方向和顶出距离进行了核算。
After an analysis on the structure and technological process of an injection mould,a mould design was made. And a specific introduction was made on the solution to the scratching between sliding blocks of the outer_loosing core caused by their tight contact to each other in order to seal up the material. An comparison selection was made between two structure types for the inner_loosing_core mechanism. And the core_pulling direction and the ejecting distance were calculated.
