摘要
结合塑件的结构特点和生产实际,设计了汽车后视镜外壳注射模。通过对塑件进行成型工艺性分析,确定合适的分型面,完成成型零件的结构的设计。并对浇注系统和冷却系统进行设计,得到最终的注射模装配图,该注射模适用于大批量生产。
In this paper,combined with the structure characteristics of the plastic parts and the actual production, the injection mold for the automobile rearview mirror shell was designed. By analyzing the molding process of plastic parts, the proper parting surface is determined, and the structural design of molding parts is completed. The casting system and cooling system of parts are designed, and the final assembly drawing of injection mold is obtained. The injection mold can be used in mass production.
