摘要
介绍了纳米功能复合涂层的制备方法、研究手段及功能特性。由于纳米功能复合涂层具有良好的耐磨性、自润性及较好的耐高温能力 ,是注射模表面强化技术中一种有发展前景的表面处理工艺。
The preparation, research means and functional property of the functional nano compound coating were introduced. With good performances of wear-resistance, self-lubrication and high-temperature-resistance, the nano compound coating is a prosperous surface treatment technology in surface reinforcement of injection moulds.
