摘要 应用边界单元法研究了滑动轴承动态摩擦时的接触力学性质,揭示了接触压力分布的不对称性;讨论了载荷、摩擦系数等因素对不对称性的影响.认为摩擦系数可使峰值接触压力降低和接触面积增加,增大载荷会使接触压力分布的不对称性更为明显;接触压力分布的不对称意味着磨损分布的不对称.同时分析了实际工作中滑动轴承摩擦副间的当量摩擦系数。 Two dimensional dynamic friction contact of journal bearing has been studied, the effect of external load and friction coefficient on the non symmetry of contact pressure distribution is also discussed. It has been found that the pressure distribution is non symmetrical, the friction coefficient is the most important factor affecting the pressure distribution, it usually lowers the peak contact pressure and increases the contact area. The non symmetry becomes more obvious with increasing external load. The non symmetry of the pressure distribution corresponds to the non symmetry of wear. By analyzing the equivalent friction coefficient between journal and bearing under working condition, it has been found that there exists difference between the equivalent friction coefficient and the dynamic friction coefficient. It is recommended to use the former in the experimental research of journal bearing.
