摘要
总结中药治疗胃癌的机制：逆转胃癌前病变、调控信号通路、诱导细胞凋亡、诱导肿瘤细胞分化、抑制肿瘤细胞端粒酶活性、抑制肿瘤血管生成、逆转肿瘤多药耐药性、抑制肿瘤细胞侵袭及转移、调节机体免疫功能等.本文就上述方面作一综述.
Summarizes the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of gastric cancer：rever- sion of the pathological changes before gastric carcinoma, inducing the differentiation of neoplasm cell, regulation of signaling pathways ,induction of apoptosis, inhibition of telomerase activity in tumor cells, anti - angiogenesis, reversal of muhidrug resistance and regwlating immune function. These anti - tumor mechanis： s are reviewed in this paper.
