绿茶茶叶及其浸出液中重金属含量研究 被引量:13

摘要 采用电感耦合等离子体质谱方法测定了不同等级绿茶中Cu、Zn、Pb、Cr、Cd、Ni等6种重金属的含量,并研究了浸泡时间,浸泡次数对6种金属元素浸出率的影响.结果表明,随着绿茶等级的提高,茶叶中对人体有害的重金属含量降低;6种重金属元素在茶叶浸出液中的含量在前30 min都随着浸泡时间的增加而增加,且各元素浸出率都随着浸泡次数的增加而降低.1级湘丰绿茶的浸出液中Cu、Zn、Pb、Cr、Cd的质量浓度分别可达0.044,0.300,0.010 1,0.001 7,0.003 9 mg/L. ICP-MS method was used for determining the content of heavy metals including Cu,Zn,Pb,Cr,Cd,and Ni of different grade green tea.The influence of immersion time,immersion times on six metal elements leaching rate was studied.The results showed that the contents of heavy metal harmful to human body in tea decreased with the green tea levels increased.The content of heavy metalsin leaching solution of the tea increased in former 30 minutes as the immersion time increased,then the element leaching rate reduced with the increase of immersion times.The content of Cu,Zn,Pb,Cr,and Cd were 0.044,0.300,0.010 1,0.001 7,0.003 9 mg/L,respectively.
