摘要
目的 :探讨泌尿生殖系平滑肌肿瘤的临床表现及诊治方案。方法 :对 1980年以来收治的泌尿生殖系平滑肌肿瘤 2 5例进行分析 ,其中平滑肌瘤 2 1例 ,平滑肌肉瘤 4例 ,分别位于肾、输尿管、膀胱、前列腺、尿道、精索及附睾。 2 1例平滑肌瘤均行肿瘤切除术 ,4例平滑肌肉瘤 ,3例行肿瘤切除术 ,1例行活检术。结果 :随访 2～ 8年 ,平滑肌瘤术后未发现复发 ,4例平滑肌肉瘤中 ,3例术后生存 1.4～ 3.2年后死亡 ,1例术后 4年仍无瘤生存。结论 :平滑肌肿瘤缺少特征性临床表现 ,术前确诊困难 ,良性与恶性的鉴别主要依据病理检查结果而定 ,对术前未能确诊的病例 ,术中应行冷冻切片病理检查 ,以便采取适当的手术方案。
Purpose:To study the clinical features of male urogenital smooth muscle tumor.Methods: Twenty five cases admitted from 1980 to 1997 were reviewed.Results: There were 21 cases with leiomyoma and 4 with leiomyosarcoma, distributing in kidney, ureter, bladder, prostate, spermatic cord and epididymis. All 21 cases of leiomyoma were cured by excision without recurrence. Three cases of leiomyosarcoma died of recurrence, only one survived 4 years after operation. Conclusions: Owing to lack of characteristic clinical manifestation, it is difficult to make an accurate diagnosis preoperatively. In order to avoid unnecessory extensive excision, it is helpful to make a preoperative biopsy or frozen section examination during operation.
