宫颈癌组织TRAF2表达及其临床意义 被引量:3

摘要 宫颈癌是常见妇科肿瘤之一,发病率呈上升趋势,如伴有淋巴结转移则严重影响患者的治疗效果和预后.在发展中国家,它是近十年来常见的死亡原因[1].肿瘤坏死因子受体相关因子(tumor necro-sis factor receptor associated factor,TRAF)是肿瘤坏死因子受体(TNFR)的信号传导蛋白,能增强TNF诱导的炎症因子的产生,还能增强TNFR1-TNFR2的协同作用[2],可能与恶性肿瘤的死亡率相关[3].
