Study on Chinese Truffle and its Ecology

摘要 本文描述了中国块菌(Tuber sinense K.Taoet Liu.)的形态特征和它的生态环境。中国块菌同云南松(Pinus yunnanensis Franch.)或华山松(P.armandiFranch.)形成外生菌根,子囊果生长在海拔1600-2550m的云南松林、华山松林或针阔混交林下紫色土,石灰岩土0—30cm内,并形成5-200m^2无草或少草的块菌塘。它的生长与植被、土壤、光照、温度、水分等关系密切。 Morphology and ecology of Chinese Truffle (Tuber sinense K. Tao et Liu. ) were discribed. Based on our field investigations it is expected to form ectomycorrhizae with the coniferous trees of Pinus yunna- nensis Franch. or P. armandi Franch. The ascocarps were found in the calcareous and purple soils of pure stands of P. yunnanensis or P. armandi as well as mixed forests of the pine trees with broad-leaved trees at the altitude from 1600—2550m. It produced ascocarps usually in the soil of 0—30cm in depth. The places where the Chinese Truffle is growing have no or almost no herbs and grasses growing, which are 5—200m^2 in diameter. And its growing is closed related with the conditions of vegetation, soil, sunshine. air temperature, water, etc.
