摘要
本文报道了四川产中国块菌(Tuber sinense Tao et Liu)生理特征的初步研究结果。中国块菌菌丝生长发育的适宜温度为15~28℃,最适为25℃;适宜pH为4~7,最适为6;混合碳源优于双糖,双糖又优于单糖;较好的氮源为蛋白胨、硫酸铵。
The physiological characteristics of Tuber sinense produced in Sichuan province were reported in this paper. The results showed that the suitable temperature for the growth of Tuber sinense mycelia was 15-28℃ and the optimum temperature was 25℃, that the suitable pH for the growth of mycelia was 4-7 and the optimum pH was 6, that the mixed carbon source was better than disacchande, while the disaccharide was better than monosaccharide, and that the better nitrogen source was peptone and ammonium sulfate.
