摘要
引进外国智力,聘请外籍教师对于促进外语教学具有无可取代的作用。如今,外籍教师所采用的教学模式在各大高校中得以推广和应用。外籍教师参与外语教学,极大地促进了我国外语人才的培养,效果显著,但也存在一些问题和不足。文章通过调研外籍教师的教学模式,详细了解到外教教学模式的具体实施情况和存在的主要问题,提出了促进外教教学效果的若干建议。
The introducing of foreign education resources and employment of foreign language teachers play an irreplaceable role in promoting foreign language teaching.Nowadays,the teaching models conducted by foreign teachers have been widely applied in Chinese universities.The involvement of foreigners into teaching has greatly stimulated the cultivation of language talents in China.Meanwhile,problems also emerge.This research reveals some aspects of current situations and some major problems of foreign teachers＇ teaching in one university in Zhejiang Province,with some advice given,aiming at improving the efficiency of foreigners-involved teaching.
