摘要
面对加入WTO给中国教育所带来的新形势、新挑战和新机遇 ,分析了聘请外籍教师加入我国英语教育事业的利和弊 ,指出对外籍教师队伍实行规范化管理是挖掘外籍教师潜力 ,推动我国英语教育行之有效的重要措施之一。
In accordance with the new situation of new challenges and new opportunities that China's entry into the WTO has brought about to China's education, this article analyses the advantages and disadvantages of foreign teachers' participation in China's English education and points out that the standardized management of foreign teachers is one of the most effective means to tap their potentials and to push forward China's English education.
