摘要
提出一种基于环行三角共光路 (Sagnac)干涉仪和多通道探测器 (CCD)的紧凑型静态傅里叶变换光谱仪 ,其光学部分仅由两块半五角形棱镜和一块傅里叶变换透镜组成。具有无需机械扫描和全谱同时测量的优点 ,是一种成本低、结构简单、性能稳定的新型傅里叶变换光谱仪器 ,可望用于环境恶劣的现场及瞬变光谱测量。本文给出这种新型光谱仪的工作原理与结构、光学设计、性能分析及其设计实例与数值模拟结果。
A compact stationary Fourier transform spectrometers is described that is based on a source doubling triangle common path interferometer and a multichannel detector such as CCDs.Its optical system is only composed of two half pentaprisms and a Fourier lens.Because the spectrometer has the advantages of no requirement of mechanic scan and simultaneous measurement over its entire spectral range,it is a kind of low cost,compact,and stable Fourier transform spectrometers,and can be used on the spot and temporal spectral measurements.Its principle and structure,optical design,performance analysis,and one design example and numeral results are given.
