摘要
本文介绍一种以线阵CCD器件为多通道探测器的光源颜色快速测试系统.该系统采用平场凹面光栅为主要器件构成多色仪分光系统,测量全过程由微型计算机控制,实现快速、自动的光源颜色测量.文中具体给出了系统测试的原理、总体结构、软件和硬件配置,并提供了系统定标方法和实验结果.
A fast scanning system for the measurement of the color of the light source is described.In this system, A new type of solid image sensor which is called linear Charge Coupled Device is used as a multichannel detector.A concave holographic diffraction grating is also adopted as a polychromator system.With the control of a personal computer,the measurement of light source color and radiation can be done automatically and rapidly. In This paper,the principles of the measurement,the structured of the system,the hardware and the software dispositions are presented systematically. The methods of calibration and the results of the experiments are also given.
