摘要 采用平行定量浓缩仪—高效液相色谱—串联质谱(SA-HPLC-MS/MS)方法检测豆芽中4种喹诺酮(QNs)类药物的残留量。以氘代试剂为内标,样品经酸化乙腈萃取后,平行定量浓缩仪浓缩,用正己烷脱脂,采用HPLC-MS/MS选择反应监测(SRM)正离子模式,可同时对豆芽中QNs进行定性和定量测定。结果表明:QNs的检出限可达0.5μg/kg,定量限可达1μg/kg。在2.5~200.0 ng/mL范围内峰强度与质量浓度的线性关系良好(r〉0.999),方法的平均回收率为80%~113%。 The method for simultaneous determination of four quinolones residues in bean sprouts was developed by syncore analyst-high performance liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry(SA-HPLC-MS/MS).Deuterium substituted reagent were used as internal standards and added to the sample before extraction.The sample was extracted with acidified acetonitrile,concentrated with syncore analyst,and cleaned up by hexane.The mass spectrometer was operated in the positive ion mode using select reaction monitoring for qualitative and quantitative analysis of four quinolones residues at the same time.The limits of detection for QNs were 0.5 μg/kg,and limits of quantitation were 1.0 μg/kg.The correlation coefficient of linear calibration curve was over 0.999 within the QNs concentration range 2.5—200.0 ng/mL.The average recoveries for four quinolones residues were 80% to 113%.
