摘要
目的：探讨中西医结合治疗急性病毒性心肌炎的疗效。方法：将急性病毒性心肌炎（ＶＭＣ）患者随机分为二组，中西结合组（中西组）３４例，给予黄芪养心汤（自拟方），每日一剂，共３Ｗ。一般治疗组（对照组）３０ 例，将病毒唑注射液按（１ｍ ｇ／ｋｇ）加入５％ 葡萄注射液２５０ｍ Ｌ中静脉滴注，每日一次，共３Ｗ。二组患者均给予极化液及大量维生素Ｃ，辅酶Ｑ１０ 和一般抗心律失常药。结果：中西组疗效显著，总有效率９２％ ，对照组总有效率６３．７％ （而且心功能测定无改善），Ｐ＜ ０．０１。结论：中西医结合治疗有抗病毒、抗心律失常和改善心功能作用，是治疗急性ＶＭＣ的一种有效措施。
Objective:To explore the combination therapy of western and traditional chinese medicine on treatment of acute viral myocarditis.Methods:64 pationts were randomly divided into 2 groups.The 1st group cosisted of western and traditional chinese medicine and took the huangqi soup caring heart(self-made prescription),Took a dose every day,for 3 weeks.The 2nd group consisted of 30 patients,receiving usual therapy put injection Ribavirin(1mg/kg)into 5% glucoses 250mL iv drip Qd,last 3 weeks.All patients were gave glacoses-insulim-potssium(GIK),a lot of Vitamin C,coenzyme Q10 and antiavrhythmics.Results:The effect kr combination therapy of western and traditional chinese medicine was better,total effective rate was 92%.The contract therapy total effective was 63.7%,P<0.05.Conclusion:The combination therapy of western and traditional chinese medicine has anti-vi-rus and antiavrhythmic function,it can improve the function of the heart,was an effective method in treating acute viral myocarditis.
