摘要
由于地铁百家湖车站的建设先于凤凰港物业开发,设计者必须考虑给后期物业开发预留条件。为了研究上盖物业对车站结构的力学影响,采取有限差分软件FLAC 3D对不同工况下车站结构的受力过程进行三维数值模拟,得到了不同工况下车站及周边地层的位移特征、车站梁柱板节点应力及抗拔桩力学特征。如卸载工况下,车站与周边土体不均匀隆起,加载工况下,车站与周边土体的沉降差异等。通过分析这些力学特征,得出了最优的施工措施和建议,如跳槽开挖,分段施工;先施工车站外地下室,再施工车站部分上部结构,最后施工车站外上部结构的施工顺序是合理的。
Baijiahu Metro station is constructed before the developing of the above Fenghuanggang surface buildings.Therefore,the designer of the Metro station must preserve conditions for the future developing of Fenghuanggang surface buildings.The stressing process of the structure of the Metro station under different working conditions are numerically simulated by means of finite differential software FLAC 3D.The displacement characteristics of the Metro station and the ground,the stress at the beamcolumn node of the Metro station and the mechanical characteristics of the uplift piles under different working conditions are obtained.Optimum construction measures and advices are proposed on basis of the analysis results.
