摘要
当前科技生产力已经成为构成国家或地区综合竞争力的核心要素,高校和科研院所则是科技生产力的重要载体。首先对江苏省高校科研院所的科技生产力现状进行分析,随后研究并总结了制约高校科研院所科技生产力发展的主要因素,最后提出了解放和发展江苏省高校科研院所科技生产力的对策建议。
The productive force of science and technology has become the core element of integrated competitive power of a country or region, and the universities and research institutes are the important carrier it. In this paper, the present situation of the forces of u- niversities and research institutes in Jiangsu Province is analyzed firstly, the restraining factors of its liberation and development are summarized then, and the countermeasures and suggestions about liberation and development are put forward finally.
