摘要
技术开发类科研院所企业化转制是我国科技体制改革的重大举措 ,企业形式的选择直接关系到转制的成败 ,结合科技对经济增长的作用和现代企业制度的特点 。
Structural transformation of scientific research institution of technological development type into enterprise is an important step of the science and technology system innovation in China. The selection of enterprise form has a bearing directly on the success and failure of the structural transformation. Connecting with the function of science and technology on economic growth and the characteristics of modern enterprise system, establishing modern enterprise system is the best choice for structural transformation of scientific research institution of technological development type.
