摘要
科研院所的转企改制,对提升我国科技创新能力有重要意义。这一具有探索性的改革,对科研院所来说是一次前所未有的机遇和挑战。在充分调研的基础上,就地方科研院所转制后的现状以及存在的问题和原因进行了分析,对地方科研院所今后的发展进行了探讨。论述了如何解决好科技与经济的结合,如何解决好科技成果的产业化,如何使转制后的科研院所得到迅速发展等问题。
The system transformation of the research institutes into business is of important significance to better the creativity in researches, The reform provides with an unprecedented opportunity and challenge for the institutes. On basis of a general survey, the paper tells of the status quo of the institutes including their problems, reasons, and the development. Moreover, four aspects are expounded to combine researches and economy, turn the research results into commercial use, and to make faster development of the institutes after system transformation.
