摘要
以报春花为试验材料,研究高温胁迫对报春花叶片细胞膜透性的影响,结果表明,高温胁迫时间越久,胁迫温度越高,报春花叶片的细胞膜透性上升越显著,高温胁迫时间与报春花叶片电导率呈正相关,相关系数为0.902。
Primula as experimental materials to study the high temperature stress on membrane permeability of primrose ,the results showed that the longer heat stress, the higher temperature, the cell membrane permeability of primrose leaves increased more significantly, heat stress time and conductivity of primrose leaves was positively correlated ,correlation coefficient was 0.902.
