摘要
仙客来的两个品种在 35℃高温胁迫下 6 0h后根系活力急剧下降 ,同时叶片细胞膜脂过氧化产物丙二醛开始升高。伴随着根吸收能力下降 ,叶片含水量的降低 ,游离脯氨酸积累急剧上升。超氧物歧化酶 (SOD)活性表现出先升高 ,后迅速下降的趋势。这些变化同仙客来遇高温后停止生长。
When exposed to high temperature stress of 35 ℃ for 60 h,root vitality of two cyclamen cultivars decreased sharply and at the same time malondialdehyde(MDA) peroxide of lipids in cell membrane began to rise.With the increase of absorption ability in root and the decrease of water content in leaves,the accumulation of free proline rose sharply.The activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD)rose first and then drop sharply.These changes correspond to the fact cyclamen stops growth when exposed to high temperature and enters dormancy when its inactivation in root system.
