摘要
采用酸性茚三酮法、比色法和电导率测定仪测定了播娘蒿在冷胁迫下脯氨酸、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性变化和叶片电导率等生理生化指标,结果表明:播娘蒿叶片中脯氨酸的含量随冷处理时间的延长而不断增加,前12 h内脯氨酸含量增加迅速,12 h后脯氨酸含量增势变缓;叶片中SOD的活性在冷驯化24 h时达到最大,此后逐渐下降;在温度下降到-5℃前,叶片电导率的增加值比较缓慢,低于-5℃后,电导率值大幅度上升,表明播娘蒿有较高的抗寒能力.
The physiological and biochemical indexes about superoxide dismutase (SOD), proline (Pro) and electric conductivity was measured by colorimetric method, acidity ninhydrin and electric conductivity radiometer, respectively. The results showed that Pro content was closely correlated with treatment time, it increased during 12 h; the maximal activity of SOD appeared in 24 h, and then it decreased slowly; the electric conductivity increased slowly with cold treatment above -5℃, and it significantly increased below -5℃. Descurainia sophia has excellent cold resistance, and it can grown up in the frozen temperature - 5℃.
