摘要
比较了青花菜小孢子培养不同供体的DH群的性状表现,结果发现,供体双亲的性状决定了后代群体性状分离的程度,双亲差异程度越大,DH植株分离类型越多,并且具有明显的超亲优势。因此,在小孢子培养DH群体中,要想培养出类型多样的优良再生株系,供体的选择十分重要。
The article studied the correlation between microspore culture donator and character of DH population of Brassica oleracea L.var. italica Plench. The results showed that character of parents donor decided the separated types in the DH populations. The more variation of the parents differences,the more segregation of the DH population。So if you want to get all kinds of fine DH population, it is very important to select the microspore culture donor of Brassica oleracea L.var. italica Plench.
