摘要
使用０．３％～０．５％的秋水仙素水溶液在遮荫保湿条件下，浸渍棉花单倍体侧芽２４ｈ，或将２０μｌ处理液一次性注入侧芽基部，均能获得较好的加倍效果，但注射法比较经济、方便。
The haploid chromosome numbers may be effectively doubled by immersing the lateral buds with 0.3%￣0.5% colchicine water solution under overshadding and moist condition for 24 hours,or by microinjecting the basal part of the lateral bud with 20μl solution,the later may be more inexpensive and convenient.The chromosome double rate successful treatments may reach more than 40%.
