摘要
抗肿瘤、抗心血管疾病药物白藜芦醇(Resveratrol,Res)由于难溶于水、不稳定而限制了其广泛应用,采用β-环糊精(β-cyclodextrin,β-CD)包裹可克服上述缺陷.研究结果表明随着β-CD浓度增大,Res的水溶性明显增加,Res与β-CD形成包裹物的化学计量比为1∶1.体外实验证实Res/β-CD包裹物可清除具有强氧化与硝化性的过氧亚硝基ONOO-,低温有利于清除反应的进行,CO2的存在减少与ONOO-反应的Res/β-CD包裹物量.
The utilization of anticancer and anticarcinogenesis drug resveratrol (Res) is limited by its poor solubility and stability. The limitation could be overcome by the for- mation of inclusion complexes with β-cyclodextrin (β-CD). The investigate results show that the solubility of Res increasing with increased β-CD concentration, the stoichiomet- ric ratio of Res with β-CD in the complex is 1 : 1. The in-vitro experiment conforms that the Res/β-CD inclusion complex can reacts to peroxynitrite, which has strong oxidation and nitration. Lower temperature is benefits the above reaction. The existence of CO2 can reduce the quantity of the Res/β-CD inclusion complex which reacts with peroxynitrite.
