摘要
本研究应用^(125)Ⅰ-CGRP体外实验结合高效液相分析的方法,探讨了CGRP在血浆及肝、肺、肾匀浆上清液中的降解。结果表明CGRP在肝匀浆上清液中降解最快,在血浆中代谢缓慢,肽酶抑制剂可以部分抑制CGRP在肺匀浆上清液中的降解。
The experiments have been performed to compare the degradation of calcitonin gene-related peptide in several tissues in vitro with HPLC analysis. The results show that the degradation of CGRP in liver is much faster than in plasma. The degradation of 125I-CGRP can be partly inhibited by aprotinin.
