摘要
培训效果评估是推进培训持续改进从而达到培训预期目标的重要措施,但目前由于培训效果评估机制建设的滞后,严重影响了培训效果评估的实效性。本研究诠释了医院管理培训效果评估机制的内涵,分析了现行评估机制存在的问题,从强化组织管理与监督机制、确定适宜的评估层级、构建科学的评估指标体系、规范评估流程、完善评估信息反馈系统方面入手,对医院管理培训效果评估机制的构建进行了深入探讨。
The assessment of the result of training is an important measure for promoting continuing improvement targeting the expected goal.But,at present,the mechanism construction of training effect evaluation lags behind,which greatly affects the actual effect of the assessment of the training.This paper interprets the connotation of training effect evaluation mechanism and analyzes the problems existing in the current mechanism,beginning with enrichment of organizational management and inspection,determination of eligible level of appraisement,creation a scientific index system,standardization of the assessment process,and perfection of information feedback system.
