摘要
随着医疗体制改革的不断深入,医疗保健市场的竞争日益加剧,而医学科学的竞争实质就是人才的竞争,人才培训则是提升医院核心竞争力的有效手段,对医院的发展起着举足轻重的作用。文章旨在通过对培训工作的研究,运用现代科学的培训理念和方法,建立起切合省级妇幼保健院实际的培训体系,以促进员工个人发展的同时,提升妇幼保健院的核心竞争力,最终实现医院和员工的共同发展目标。
As the medical system reformation going further, and the competition in the health-care market becoming stronger, the competition of medical science turns to be a competition of gaining medical specialists substantially. The training of talented person is an effective method to promote the competitive power of the hospital, and plays a decisive role in the development of the hospital. We hope we can establish appropriate personnel training system through the research of the talent training work, and using the training principle and method of modern Science, Which not only can promote the employees progresses, but also realize the common development goal of hospital and employee at last.
