介绍了拓展训练的概念和作用,对高校图书馆开展拓展训练进行了需求分析,分别从组织分析、岗位工作分析和人员分析3个层面阐述了高校图书馆开展拓展训练的必要性,为高校图书馆的培训工作提供了理论依据。
This paper introduces the concepts and functions of the expend training, makes the needs analysis on library＇s developing the expend training, and expounds the necessity of library＇s developing the expend training from three levels of the organization analysis, job analysis anti personnel analysis, which provides the theoretical basis for university library＇s training work.
