摘要
目的评价托拉塞米注射液治疗急性左心衰竭的疗效。方法将100例急性左心衰竭患者,分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例。对照组给予呋塞米注射液,观察组给予托拉塞米注射液。结果观察组总有效率为94%,与对照组总有效率86%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组血清钾、钠离子稳定性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组均未发现严重的不良反应。结论托拉塞米注射液治疗急性左心衰竭患者疗效可靠,副作用小。
Objective Efficacy evaluation of torasemide injection in the treatment of acute left heart failure. Methods 100 patients with acute left heart failure patients were divided into the observation group and the control group. 50 patients in control group were given the injection of furosemide. 50 patients in observation group were given the injection of Torsemide. Results compared with 86% of the control group,the total efficiency of the observation group is 94%.There was no significant difference between the two groups（P 〉 0.05）.Serum potassium, sodium ion stability of the observation group were higher than that of the control group.There was significant difference（P 〈 0.01）.No serious adverse reactions were found between the two groups. Conclusion Torsemide injcetion has a good efficacy and good security in the treatment of acute left heart failure.
