摘要
目的:观察新型袢利尿剂托拉塞米治疗心力衰竭疗效及安全性。方法:将98例心力衰竭患者随机分为托拉塞米组49例和呋塞米组49例,对比两组心力衰竭疗效及并发症发生率。结果:治疗组有效率91.8%,对照组有效率83.6%,托拉塞米组利尿作用迅速强大持久,对电解质、血糖、血脂代谢无影响,减少利尿剂抵抗。结论:托拉塞米治疗心力衰竭安全有效。
Objective To observe the therapy efficacy and safety of using torasemide in patients with heart failure.Methods The patients（98 cases）with heart failure were divided into 2 groups according to the random allocation.One group were treating with torasemide,and the other group were treating with furosemide.Results The total effective rate of torasemide is 91.8%,and the other group is 83.6%.The torasemide showed less effect to the homeostasis,and reduced the diuresis resistance.Conclusions The treatment of using a torasemide in patients with heart failure is effective and safe.
