摘要
目的观察基于风险管理策略为基础的临床护理路径在对乳腺癌化疗患者的应用与评价。方法根据我院乳腺癌化疗患者住院时间将120例患者分为观察组(60例)和对照组(60例),对照组实施常规化疗护理方案,观察组根据可能出现的护理风险进行早期分析、预防并设计临床护理路径。比较两组患者生活质量,患者的满意度以及化疗相关护理风险的发生情况。结果观察组与对照组比较,患者生活质量改善率为71.7%,明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理缺陷、投诉情况以及护理风险的发生情况均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以风险管理策略为基础的临床护理路径可以提高护理质量,提升患者的生活质量与满意度。
Objective To evaluate the clinical nursing pathway based on the risk management for the breast cancer patients treated by chemotherapy.Method 120 patients with breast cancer treated by chemotherapy were divided into two groups.The 60 patients of the control group were treated by normal nursing management,the 60 patients of the experiment group were treated the new regular nursing measure,which is made on base of identification and analysis of risk-management work flow.The living quality,patients＇complaints against and satisfaction to the nursing care and occurrence of nursing-related risks were compared between the two groups.Results The living quality improvement rate of the experiment group was 71.7%,which is better than that of the control（P0.05）.The frequency of nursing defects,patients＇complaints against and satisfaction to the nursing care and nursingrelated risks of the experiment group was significant different from the contro（P0.05）.Conclusion The clinical nursing pathway based on the risk management may improve the quality of nursing care,and also benefit for the increase of the living quality of the patients.
