摘要
目的探讨护理路径对乳腺癌首次化疗患者的效果。方法选择70例乳腺癌手术治疗并进行首次化疗的患者,按照随机数字表分为观察组35例,按照临床护理路径进行护理;对照组35例,行常规护理。比较两组不良反应、SCL-90症状评分、自护能力、治疗依从性、健康教育达标率、功能锻炼完成率、满意度等。结果观察组发生药物外渗、静脉栓塞、静脉炎的比例明显低于对照组(P<0.05);化疗后观察组在躯体化、强迫、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、精神病性的评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);化疗后观察组在自我概念、健康知识水平、自护责任感、自我护理技能方面的得分以及自护能力总分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的治疗依从性、健康教育达标率、功能锻炼完成率、护理满意度均较高,与对照组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论护理路径能够有效改善乳腺癌患者的心理状态,提高自护能力,从而减少乳腺癌首次化疗的不良反应。
Objective To investigate effect of nursing path on breast cancer chemotherapy adverse reactions at first time. Method 70 patients with breast cancer chemotherapy for the first time were divided into 35 of observation group with nursing path, and 35 of control group with conventional care. Adverse reactions, SCL-90 symptom score, self-care ability were compared in two groups. Results The proportion of drug extravasation, venous thrombosis, phlebitis in observation group was significantly lower than the control group （ P 〈 0. 05） ; The score of somatization coercion, interpersonal relationship, depression, anxiety, psychosis in observation group was significantly lower than the control group after chemotherapy （ P 〈 O. 05 ） ; The score of self-concept, health knowledge, self-care responsibility, self-care skills in observation group was significantly higher than the control group after chemotherapy（P 〈0.05） ;Adherence to treatment,health education compliance rate, functional training completion rates, nursing satisfaction in observation group was significantly higher than the control group after chemotherapy （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion Nursing path on breast cancer can improve the psychological state, improve self-caro ability, and reduce chemotherapy adverse reactions at first time.
