复方甘草酸苷联合还原型谷胱甘肽治疗化疗药物性肝损伤的临床疗效观察 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨复方甘草酸苷联合还原型谷胱甘肽治疗化疗药物所致肝损伤的临床疗效。方法将58例已确诊的恶性肿瘤患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组29例。对照组患者仅给予常规治疗,治疗组患者在常规治疗的同时给予复方甘草酸苷与还原型谷胱甘肽。治疗4周后通过检测患者谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)及总胆红素(TBIL)的水平比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果两组患者治疗前AST、ALT及TBIL的水平无无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗4周后治疗组AST、ALT及TBIL的水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗总有效率为93.1%,显著高于对照组的72.4%(P<0.05)。结论复方甘草酸苷联合还原型谷胱甘肽改善恶性肿瘤患者的化疗药物性肝损伤效果显著,值得临床应用和推广。 Objective To study the therapeutic effect of compound glycyrrhizin combined with reduced glutathione in the treatment of chemotherapy-induced liver injury.Method 58 patients with malignant tumors were randomly divided into the control group and treatment group,29 patients in each group.The patients in control group were just given conventional therapy,but the patients in treatment group were treated with compound glycyrrhizin and reduced glutathione as well as the conventional therapy for 4 weeks.The level of aspartate aminotransferase(AST),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),total bilirubin(TBIL)were detected to compare the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results There were no significance of the levels of AST,ALT and TBIL between the two groups before chemotherapy,but the levels of AST,ALT and TBIL in the treatment group were all significantly lower than the control group after 4-week treatment(p0.05);The effective rate in the treatment group was 93.1%,it was markedly higher than that in the control group which was just 72.4%(p0.05).Conclusion Compound glycyrrhizin combined with reduced glutathione was effective in the treatment of chemotherapy-induced liver injury in patients with malignant tumors and worth being applied and generalized in clinic.
