摘要
目的探讨临床药师在肿瘤科开展药学服务的作用。方法临床药师通过主动与肿瘤科医生、护理人员沟通和交流,从药物的滴注速度、联合用药的给药顺序及对不良反应的处理等多个方面共同探讨肿瘤科病人的用药问题。结果在肿瘤科开展药学服务,可保证医嘱的正确施行及患者的用药安全、有效。结论临床药师通过在肿瘤科进行相应的药学服务,可促进肿瘤科药物的合理、有效的应用。
Objective To study the effect of clinical pharmaceutical care applied by clinical pharmacists in oncology. Methods Clinical pharmacists communicated with the doctors, nurses actively and discussed the drug apphcafion related problems in oncology from different aspects, such as infusion rate, administration order, the treatment of side effects and so on. Results The medical advices were able to be implemented correctly and the safety and validity of medication usage were able to be insured through the pharmaceutical care in oncology. Conclusion The clinical pharmaceutical care applied by clinical pharmacists in oncology was able to promote the reasonable and effective application of drugs in oncology.
