摘要
目的利用高效液相色谱测定在羟基尿片中羟基脲的含量。方法采用VERTEX STI5000液相色谱仪,通过溶液的制备、色谱条件的合理调试,最后测定羟基脲片中羟基脲的含量。结果羟基脲主峰和辅料峰呈现良好的分离状态,50～150μg间和峰面积也呈良好的线性关系。结论高效液相色谱法准确、简便,适用于羟基脲含量的检测。
Objective To determine the content of hydroxyurea in hydroxycarbamide tablets with high performance liquid chromatography. Method The content of hydroxyurea in hydroxyearbamide tablets was determined by VERTEX STI5000 liquid chromatograph after the preparation of solution and reasonable debugging for chromatography conditions. Results An excellent separation was achieved in the highest peak between hydroxycarbamide and excipient. The calibration curve was well linear in the range of 50-150/.tg of hydroxyearbamide. Conclusion High-performance liquid chromatography method （HPLC） is a kind of accurate and convenient method. It is applicable to determine the content of hydroxyurea.
