摘要
目的了解正常人肺多元素的正常值范围及其在地区间差异。方法采用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)、原子发射光谱(ICP-AES)及石墨炉原子吸收光谱(GFAAS),对北京、成都、太原、苏州16例正常成年男子肺组织中56个元素进行了定量分析,并对测定方法进行准确度、精密度等方法学评价。结果所有被测元素测量值均符合国家标准物质的鉴定值(或参考值),元素的加标回收率在95%~110%之间,绝大多数元素测定精密度优于10%,测定方法可靠。四城市肺组织样品测定结果显示除Cu、Rb、Ge、Ce、Hg、Pb6种元素外,其余50种元素含量差异均无显著性。结论四城市正常人肺组织中56种元素分布稳定。
Objective To determine element contents in normal human lung tissue and compare their differences between districts. Methods Total 56 elements in 16 normal human lung tissues of 4 cities were detected by ICP-MS, ICP- AES and GF-AAS, and the measurement accuracy and precision were estimated. Results All element determination values of national standard reference materials were in accord with the certified or reference values, the recovery rates were in the rang of 95% - 110% , and the RSD of most elements are less than 10% . The method is proved accurately and credihlely. The similar distributions of elements in lung samples of 4 cities were found in the study. Except 6 elements (Cu, Rh, Ge, Ce, Hg and Ph) ,the significant differences of the contents of all 50 measured elements were not observed between 4 cities. Conclusion The results indicated that the element contents could he stable in healthy human lung tissues in 4 cities.
