实验性兔症状性蛛网膜下腔出血后脑血管痉挛模型的建立 被引量:18

摘要 目的 建立可靠的兔症状性蛛网膜下腔出血 (SAH)后脑血管痉挛 (CVS)的模型。方法 采用双侧颈动脉结扎后枕大池 2次注血制成兔 SAH模型 ,观察 SAH前后动物进食量和神经功能改变 ,以氢清除法检测局部脑血流量 (r CBF)。结果  SAH后动物进食量下降、神经功能障碍和 r CBF下降 ,且 r CBF随出血时间延长和出血量增加而下降更为明显。结论 兔双侧颈动脉结扎后枕大池 2次注血可制成可靠的症状性SAH后 CVS模型。 r CBF、动物进食量和神经功能改变可作为评价 SAH后 CVS的客观指标。 Objective To establish a model of symptomatic cerebral vasospasm(CVS) following subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH) in rabbit.Methods The rabbit model of SAH was set up by injecting blood twice via cistern after occlusion of bilateral carotid. The food intake and neurological functional changes in experimental animals were observed before and after SAH.The regional cerebral blood flow(rCBF) was measured by hydrogen clearance method. Results Food intake decreased, the neurological functional disorder and rCBF decreased in all animals after SAH, the rCBF changes related to the time and volume of hemorrhage.Conclusion An animal model of post SAH symptomatic CVS could be made by injecting blood twice via cistern after occlusion of bilateral carotid. The rCBF,animal food intake and neurological fuctional change could be used as an objective index of CVS after SAH.
